SUN•MAID® Milk Chocolate Raisin Muffins

Perfect for breakfast or snack time, chocolate raisins are
a sweet surprise in these simple muffins.

Preparation:
Heat oven to 400°F. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add milk chocolate raisins. In a small bowl, combine egg, milk, and oil using a wire whisk. Add egg mixture all at once to the dry ingredients, stirring with a spoon just until dry ingredients are moistened. The batter will be lumpy. Spoon into paper lined muffin tins, filling each cup two thirds full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 15 minutes. Serve warm or remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. F.
