Preparation:
Heat oven to 350° F. Coat a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter on medium speed of electric mixer
until fluffy, about 1 minute. Beat in eggs one at a time. Scrape sides of bowl.
Add vanilla and beat until incorporated. On low speed, beat in flour mixture in three additions alternating with sour cream. Stir in milk chocolate raisins.
Spread batter in prepared pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes until cake is golden brown and a toothpick
inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan.

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
